Qué datos guardamos
Solo lo necesario para agendar y confirmar una reunión: tu nombre, tu correo, tu teléfono (si lo escribes), el lugar o modalidad de la reunión, tus notas y la fecha y hora de la cita.
Para qué los usamos
- Apartar tu horario y avisarle a quien te va a atender.
- Mandarte correos sobre tu cita: solicitud recibida, confirmación, propuestas de otro horario o cancelación.
- Si eliges que te avisemos por WhatsApp o mensaje de texto, usar tu teléfono para mandarte esos mismos avisos. Los manda una persona desde el teléfono del negocio; tu número no se agrega a listas ni se usa para publicidad.
- Calcular el tiempo de traslado entre citas, para ofrecerte solo horarios a los que sí se puede llegar. Para eso la dirección que escribes se consulta en un servicio de mapas (Google Maps u OpenStreetMap).
Entrar con Google
Si entras con tu cuenta de Google, solo recibimos tu correo electrónico y lo usamos para mostrarte tus propias citas. No leemos tu correo, tus contactos ni tu calendario, y no publicamos nada.
Con quién se comparten
Con nadie más: no vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros para publicidad. Los datos viven en los servidores de Cloudflare, y los correos salen por el proveedor de correo configurado.
Cuánto tiempo y cómo borrarlos
Tus citas se conservan como historial de la agenda. Si quieres que borremos tus datos, escríbele a quien te agendó, al correo de contacto de esta agenda, y se eliminan.

Appointments
What we keep
Only what we need to schedule and confirm a meeting: your name, your email, your phone (if you give it), the place or format of the meeting, your notes and the date and time of the appointment.
What we use it for
- Holding your time slot and letting the person who will meet you know.
- Emailing you about your appointment: request received, confirmation, other suggested times or cancellation.
- If you choose WhatsApp or text message, using your phone to send you those same updates. A person sends them from the business phone; your number isn't added to any list or used for advertising.
- Estimating travel time between appointments, so we only offer times we can actually get to. For that, the address you enter is looked up with a map service (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap).
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with your Google account, we only receive your email address and use it to show you your own appointments. We don't read your email, contacts or calendar, and we don't post anything.
Who we share it with
No one else: we don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. The data lives on Cloudflare's servers, and emails go out through the configured email provider.
How long, and how to delete it
Your appointments are kept as the schedule's history. If you want us to delete your data, write to whoever booked you, at this schedule's contact email, and it will be removed.
